In Retrospect

Looking back over all the footage from Comic-Con, now almost a month in the past, has been a very enjoyable experience. Not to take anything away from being there in person, but all I really remember from the four days spent at the San Diego Comic-Con is being exhausted, continuously on the move, and pissed off that i had to spend six dollars on a crappy plate of chips and cheese. Going back over the footage and editing it together w much more enjoyable because it allowed me to forget about all the hassles of actually being at the event, while enjoying all the best moments! And what's best, I could skip over any of the random boring parts of any given panel. In the end, what we're left with, is an abundance of highlight videos; or the best of the 2008 Comic-Con convention, like Kevin Smith surprising the DC panel, or the cast of Heroes getting stuck in an elevator for ten minutes, so on, and so on. And the best part, we're still not done. Some of the best videos are yet to come, like Seth Rogan telling a little girl to drop out of highschool and smoke weed, or Kevin Smith cursing at the MPAA for slapping his new film with an NC-17 rating. It's great, and now despite all the work, sleepless nights and cash spent out, I can't wait until next year. Lucky for you, all you have to do is click on the videos to see all the awesomness that was the 2008 San Diego Comic Con.

What a Wrap

We had a double dose of Kevin Smith at the end of today. While waiting for the "Kevin Smith" Panel, they actually had Kevin Smith on the panel for Entertainment Weekly's Panel. So Kevin Smith back-to-back was the perfect way to end a long day. A long day that actually went by very very fast. We hit a lot of panels, which had great announcements. WATCHMEN!!! we saw exclusive footage that blows the trailer out of the water. The visuals of gods blowing up Vietnam soldiers is gruesome, but amazing. I can't wait!! Well back to editing so you guys can see all the great things we have seen. Keep clicking in.

For my first time at Comic-Con, today went fairly well. Besides the annoying employees, we got a lot of great footage and saw some awesome exclusive content. It is really something seeing the people you enjoy from the screen, in real life. We got to see Robert Rodriguez, Rose McGowan, Kevin Smith, K...
Devirginized at comicon
Posted By: Scott22
So, Thursday was not only my first day this year at the international comicon, but my first day ever, so yes, I have been devirginized by nerds, but I mean that out of love...hey, I'm a nerd too, so how can I hate. So, my cherry was popped this morning at about 4:45 when my cell phone alarm woke me, and from there, after a cup of coffee, it's been non stop run and gun shooting. From standing in line, getting random interviews with crazily dresed geeks, to getting a close up of Kevin Smith and actually finding Rose McGowen to be an interesting and funny person, it's been a day on the movie, but a day to remember for sure...I just ca't wait to see who the next surprise guest will be!
