In Retrospect

Looking back over all the footage from Comic-Con, now almost a month in the past, has been a very enjoyable experience. Not to take anything away from being there in person, but all I really remember from the four days spent at the San Diego Comic-Con is being exhausted, continuously on the move, and pissed off that i had to spend six dollars on a crappy plate of chips and cheese. Going back over the footage and editing it together w much more enjoyable because it allowed me to forget about all the hassles of actually being at the event, while enjoying all the best moments! And what's best, I could skip over any of the random boring parts of any given panel. In the end, what we're left with, is an abundance of highlight videos; or the best of the 2008 Comic-Con convention, like Kevin Smith surprising the DC panel, or the cast of Heroes getting stuck in an elevator for ten minutes, so on, and so on. And the best part, we're still not done. Some of the best videos are yet to come, like Seth Rogan telling a little girl to drop out of highschool and smoke weed, or Kevin Smith cursing at the MPAA for slapping his new film with an NC-17 rating. It's great, and now despite all the work, sleepless nights and cash spent out, I can't wait until next year. Lucky for you, all you have to do is click on the videos to see all the awesomness that was the 2008 San Diego Comic Con.
