Vlaze Media Networks, Inc. ("Vlaze.com") recognizes that its customers, visitors, users, and others who use www.vlaze.com or other web sites owned or operated by Vlaze.com (the " Vlaze.com Sites") (collectively or individually "Users") value their privacy. What Vlaze.com Collects: Vlaze.com may collect such personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, gender, occupation, age, marital status, etc) to Vlaze.com when choosing to participate in various activities on the Vlaze.com Sites such as uploading videos, posting messages in our forums or in the video comments section, entering contests or sweepstakes, taking advantage of promotions, responding to surveys, or subscribing to newsletters or other mailing lists.

Should you submit information via instant message to VJ's then your information such as screen name and contents of the IM may be used by the VJ's during a broadcasted show.

Any videos, pictures, music, and information that you submit to the Vlaze.com Sites may be redistributed through the Internet and other media channels, and may be viewed by the general public. Vlaze.com may use cookies, clear gifs, and log file information to: (a) remember information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Vlaze.com Sites; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information; (c) monitor the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns; (d) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, pages viewed, etc.; (e) what shows you watch, what genre music you favor; how often you are on the site and (f) track your entries, submissions, and status in promotions, sweepstakes, and contests.
